Same here, until it FINALLY seemed to verify and now it refuses my password :( Added: trying to reset my password gets me 'this service in unavailable'. I also cannot log into my GW1 account anymore :(( EDIT: at last I could reset my pw and I'm in :)

Join Date: Jun 2010. so frustrated. password reset not working. i decided to return back to my guild wars account, but for some reason my old password won't work. i did a password reset and got a new password to my email but i still can't login. the only thing i can think of is maybe i'm not answering the security question

I was trying to log into the forum from my phone like usual, but said password was incorrect. So I tried to reset password, and the email never gets sent. I put in a ticket, and was talking to support in the email service, and they retried sending the reset email, and it still never came, I double checked junk folder and nothing.

4 days ago I tried to log in to play, first thing I noticed once the app popped up was that my password wasn't there (I am the only one to use this comp and keep everything clicked so I don't have to constantly type in pws) I didn't think anything of it and put in my pw. bpSer.
